Kit has acquired over a decade of experience as a business owner. She owned and operated her own chain of smoothie and tea stores across Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas. Her repertoire of skills includes: strategic development, leadership development, process and system building, sales, and customer service.
Kit handles the strategic development, the data analysis, the business to business networking, sales/negotations, process/system building, and leadership development for the business. Her passion is to develop talent and leadership, equipping them with the tools and growth strategy they need so they can grow with us as the company doubles and triples. She believes that when you grow people, you grow the business exponentially.

Kailey Morrell
Co Founder, COO, CMO
Kailey has over half a decade of experience in high volume sales, hospitality, and customer service. Her passion is to make peoples’ days better. She excels in high pressure situations and is able to put out day to day fires calmly and strategically. Her passion is creating a work environment/culture where our team members exemplify the highest standards of excellence, while simultaneously providing a positive work life experience.
Her day to day involves hiring, onboarding, quality control of our team members, as well as creating processes/systems to maximize efficiency of the day to day operations. She also has an eye for interior design and enjoys creating a welcoming environment for the tenants to enjoy. She has created designs that are most competitive and gets the best return on investment based on market research.
